Mac 'n Tofutti

One of many different attempts I've made at a vegan macaroni and "cheese" recipe. So far, this is the best of the lot.
Ingredients
- 15 tbsp Better Than Cream Cheese
- 1/4 cup Cashews, Whole Raw
- 6 rounded tablespo Nutritional Yeast
- 2 tbsp Soy Sauce, Low Sodium
- 1 tbsp Paprika
- 1/2 tbsp Garlic Powder
- 1/4 tbsp Pepper*
- 1/4 cup Water
- 1/2 oz New England Vegetarian Chicken Noodle Soup
- 600 g Macaroni
Directions
Boil Macaroni in large stock pot. Add all other ingredients into a food processor and blend until totally smooth.
When macaronis is cooked, mix sauce in. You can either eat it now, or bake it for 10 minutes
