Adapted from the "French Women Don't Get Fat" cookbook.

Add the yogurt to a bowl. Add and mix in flax seed oil until thoroughly combined. Add and mix in lemon juice until thoroughly combined. Add and mix in honey until thoroughly combined. Add hazelnuts and shredded wheat (both of which should be finely ground) and mix thoroughly until combined. Serve immediately.

*It's important to add each ingredient separately (except the cereal and nuts) and mix afterward in order to create a homogenous solution, or, in other words, to make sure everything is completely and thoroughly mixed and there's no separation.

This is a great breakfast if one is interested in losing weight and staying healthy at the same time. Have this for breakfast for one to two weeks, and change your dietary regime to include less fats and sugars and more proteins, fresh fruit, and fresh vegetables for lunch and dinner. I did this over the summer and lost about three pounds in the two week period which, for simply adjusting what I ate while retaining the same activity level, is pretty fantastic.
