Mango-Berry Smoothie

Delicious dairy based low fat frozen fruit smoothie. TIP: Frozen fruit tastes much better that just cold fruit in the smoothie.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Frozen Mixed Berries
- 1/2 cup Lite Milk
- 1/2 average size Mangos
Directions
1. Put all the ingredients in an electric mixer.
2. Add some extra ice if desired.
3. Mix and whip up a delicious low fat smoothie.
Use your imagination and vary the recipe to your liking. I dont add sugar or yoghurt but you could. Also, try adding your favourite fruit.
TIP: Frozen fruit tastes much better that just cold fruit in the smoothie.
