Delicious and full of nutrients, this mango and banana smoothie gets a powerful punch from spirulina. Mango bursts with antioxidants and vitamin A, while banana is an excellent source of potassium.

Ingredients

Directions

1. Blend 1 cup of water with the mango chunks.
2. Blend 1cup of water with the banana and spirulina in a separate container. Add more water if needed.
3. Layer two glasses with the mango layer on the bottom and the frothier power greens on top.

Notes:
If you have spirulina tablets instead of powder, don’t fret. Those work just as well when blended into your beverages.
