Marinated Mushrooms

Ingredients
- 3 1/2 cups Portobello mushroom
- 1/3 cup Organic Raw-unfiltered Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1/5 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/4 cup Organic Agave Nectar
- 2 tbsp Tamari Soy Sauce
- 1 medium Red Onion (whole)
- 3 tbsp Herb Seasoning
Directions
Slice mushrooms and onion. Mix well the rest of the ingredients and toss over the veggies until well coated. Place in the refigerator and let sit overnight or for at least 8 hours, tossing to coat from time to time. Strain the mushrooms out prior to serving, but reserve the marinade to use as a salad dressing.
