Market street meatloaf

Ingredients
- 1 lb Beef, Ground-lean
- 3/4 lb Italian Turkey Sausage
- 1 1/4 lb Turkey, Ground
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 2 tbsp Sour Cream
- 3 Egg
- 1/2 cup Tomato Ketchup
- 1 cup Red Bell Peppers
- 1 Whole Yellow Bell Pepper
- 1 cup Onions
- 1/2 cup Carrots
- 1 medium stalks Celery
- 1 cup Steamed Zuccini W/salt
- 3/4 cup Bread Crumbs - Seasoned
Directions
Chop all veggies and saute with butter for about 10 minutes... Let cool. Combine ketchup, sour cream, and eggs. Blend until smooth. Add cumin, cayenne, white pepper, nutmeg and black pepper to ketchup mixture. Add all ground meat and bread crumbs to ketchup and spice mixture. Add veggies and form into a loaf in glass baking dish. Keep all edges of loaf from touching the sides of the pan. Bake at 375 for one hour (or until top browns). Let rest 20 minutes and serve.
