Ingredients

Directions

1. Add the hemp seeds and cereal to a blender. Cover and blend until powdery. Add the remaining ingredients and puree on high speed until smooth. If desired, add additional water by the teaspoonful if you prefer a thinner smoothie.

2. Pour the smoothie into a 2-cup capacity Mason jar (or pitcher or thermos). Cover and chill overnight.

3. In the morning, drink it.
