If you are interested in weight loss, it's very easy to incorporate a homemade low calorie, low fat replacement shake into your diet several times a week. It only takes a few minutes to make a delicious meal replacement shake.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Frozen Berries
- 1/2 cup Tropical Fruit Salad in Individual Pull-Top Cans
- 1 tbsp Natural Creamy Penut Butter
- 1 cup Milk-1%
- 1 cup Ice
- 2 scoops Results And Recovery Formula
Directions
Assemble all of the ingredients listed above (EXCEPT the ice cubes) and place them in your blender.
Plug in the blender and put the setting on "mix" and then select "pulse." Pulse the ingredients (or mix) for about 30 to 40 seconds.
Next, add the ice cubes to the blender and turn the setting to "crush" for about 10-20 seconds or until all the delicious and healthy meal replacement ingredients are well blended.
Pour your delicious and nutritious meal replacement shake into a tall chilled glass. Then unplug the blender and immediately wash the blender jar so it's ready to use the next time.
