Traditional Pesto with Basil, EVOO, Parm cheese and Walnuts

toast walnuts, when done, pulse walnuts, 1 clove of garlic, basil in food processor. Stream in olive oil, once combined and desired consistency, mix in parmesean cheese and serve. This pesto can store in fridge for up to (2) days, or in the freezer for months. Before storeing, drizzle a layer of olive oil on the top of the pesto to keep green.
