Men's health grilled teriyaki chicken sandwich with pineapple, red onions, and jalapenos

easy to make and delicious,as well as healthy.
Ingredients
Teriyake Marinade:- 1/4 cup Soy Sauce
- 1/4 cup Water
- 1 tbsp Lime Juice
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1/2 tbsp Brown Sugar Blend
- 1 cloves Garlic Clove
Directions
Teriyake Marinade: Mix together.
Marinate chicken in your favorite teriyaki sauce for 30 min. or overnight if you like. Heat grill to high heat ( I use George Foreman grill in the winter) place chicken on grill until done, depending on the size of breast I usually cook 5-7 minutes then flip. once chicken is done place swiss cheese on and allow to melt. Let chicken sit, place pineapple slices on grill and cook until they begin to caramelize ( about 2 min )you can also toast buns at this time if you like. Place chicken on the bun and top with pineapple, red onion and jalapenos.
