Grace's Mexican Chocolate gelatin cups

Mexican chocolate gelatin cups with whipped cream.
Ingredients
- 1 envelope Gelatine, Original Unflavored
- 1/2 envelope Abuelita Authentic Mexican Style Instant Chocolate Drink Mix
- 1 tbsp Special Dark Chocolate Cocoa
- 1/4 cup Half & Half, Fat Free
- 2 tbsp Whipped Heavy Cream Sugar Free
Directions
Bring 3/4 cup of coffee (sorry I couldn't get it into the list of ingredients) and half & half to s light boil over med heat add in gelatin, mexican chocolate powder, cocoa and let it simmer till everything dissolves. Pour into 4 cups and let set up in the fridge. Add whipped creme and dark chocolate shavings.
