Sandra Lee's slow-cooked chicken breasts with beans, tomatoes and fajita seasoning
Ingredients
- 1 1/4 lb Chicken Breast
- 32 oz red kidney beans, canned
- 30 oz Diced Tomatoes & Green Chiles
- 1 tbsp Fajita Seasoning
Directions
Sear chicken breasts 2 minutes per side for color; layer beans, chicken and tomatoes in slow cooker; sprinkle on fajita seasoning; slow-cook on low 4-5 hours
