Microwave Chocolate Leftover Rice Pudding (Guten free)

Can be made vegetarian if you use soy/rice/almond/etc. milk You can also use brown rice if you would like.
Ingredients
- 1 cup White Rice, Cooked
- 1 tbsp Unsweetened Cocoa for Baking
- 3/4 cup Great Value Skim Milk
- 3 packet Nature's Calorie-free Sweetener
- 1/4 tsp Cinnamon Ground
Directions
Put all ingredients in a microwave safe dish and mix. Microwave in increments of 1 minute because the milk will boil over if unattended; stir in between. My cooking time took between 3 and 4 minutes, but this will vary according to microwave. Serve warm or cool. You may also garnish with mint or a few nuts.
