Mill Korean BiBim Bap JeonJu (w/ raw fish)

Bibim bap which can come with beef, chicken, tofu or raw fish. This one is with raw fish, as provided by Mill Korean near the Columbia U campus. I'm also including the little side dishes that come with it.
Ingredients
- 55 g Lettuce Leaves
- 1/2 serving per pkg Carrots Shredded
- 1/2 cup Alfalfa Sprouts
- 4 oz Sticky Rice
- 3 oz Zucchini Steamed
- 1/4 cup Cucumber
- 1 tsp Sesame Oil
- 1 tbsp Premium Fish Sauce
- 0 Fried Egg
- 1/2 cup Raw Daikon Radish
- 1 cup Watercress, Raw
- 3 oz Tilapia (raw)
- 84 g Sashimi, Naguro (Yellowfin Tuna), raw, sliced
- 2 oz Kimchi
- 1/2 oz Bean Sprouts
- 1 cup Steamed Spinach
- 0 cup Chinese Eggplant

Order. Eat. :-) Note that the little dishes that accompany the bibim bap vary. always they include the kimchi, however. More caloric dishes include tofu (about 1.5 oz in hot sauce); dried fish strips. But usually they are very low cal veggie options like mushrooms, zucchini, sprouts, cabbage...
