A delicious recipe for those overripe bananas! You can substitute other nuts for the walnuts, or choose to make this recipe without the chocolate chips. Try carob! You may also want to substitute the butter with coconut oil for a healthier alternative. The sugar could also be substituted for a healthier alternative.

1. Preheat oven to 325.
2. Melt butter and let cool.
3. Grease loaf pan.
4. Mash bananas in separate bowl.
5. Mix sugar, butter, and eggs.
6. Add banana, flour, salt, baking soda, walnuts, and chocolate chips.
7. Gradually add hot water while mixing ingredients.
8. Pour batter into pan and bake for 70 minutes or until golden on top.
