Mini pancakes - plain (1 serving = 4 pancakes)

Basic, healthy mini pancakes (ca. 5x5")
Ingredients
- 1 cup Whole Wheat Flour
- 1 1/2 cups Unsweetened Original
- 1 egg
Directions
1. Mix all the ingredients in a small bowl.
2. On a 5x5" (13x13 cm) non-stick frying pan, fry the pancakes. They should be pretty thin (1-3 mm thick). If the pan is non-stick, no oil or butter is needed.
3. Make a pile of the pancakes on a plate as you finish them.
4. Serve with anything from jam to leftover dinner. 1/3 tsp hot sauce is also very good. Enjoy!
