- 6 slices Deli Cuts, Baked Honey Ham
- 2 Nickles English Muffins
- 1 cup Tomatoes, fresh, raw, diced
- 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp Cheddar Chunk Cheese - Mild / Medium / Sharp /
- 1 tbsp Feta Cheese Traditional
- 1/4 cup Sliced Onion

preheat oven to 375
slice the English muffins in half with a knife to ensure an even cut
mash the tomato's, olive oil and add some oregano and any other spices you like transfer to blender and then spread tomato "sauce" evenly on the English muffins top with chopped ham cheese and any veggies you like bake and
