Miso Ramen Mia Style

Ingredients
- 2 tsp Miso
- 2 cups Water
- 1 cup Noodles
- 1/3 cup Sugar Snap Peas
- 2 tsp Waterchestnuts
- 2 tbsp Baby Corn
- 1 tbsp Green Bell Pepper
- 1 tbsp Red Onion
- 1/2 cup Spinach
- 2 microwaved slice Microwave Ready Bacon Lower Sodium
- 2 Eggs
- 2 tbsp Soy Sauce(less Sodium)
Directions
Boil egg soft, peal and let rest in water and soy sauce for a good while.
Boil noodles in water with miso paste.
add in veggies.
cut eggs in half and add to bowl.
cook bacon in microwave until cooked cut in 3 and add to bowl.
