Ingredients
- 3 cups Lettuce, Romaine
- 1/3 cup Craisins Original Sweetened Dried Cranberries
- 1/2 cup Walnuts
- 3 oz Provencial Goat Cheese Crumbles
- 1 tsp Prepared Dijon Mustard
- 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 2 tsp Pure Michigan Maple Syrup
- 1 1/2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/8 tsp Ground Black Pepper
Directions
Combine mustard, lemon juce, maple syrup, olive oil, salt and pepper to create the vinaigrette. Cover and chill until ready to serve.
Combine greens, cranberries and walnuts. Toss with vinaigrette and top with goat cheese.
Serve.
