Mixed Raw Veggies

The backbone to many different salads, mixed raw veggies are low in calories and a good way to up your daily count of fiber and valuable nutrients.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Lettuce, Romaine
- 1/4 medium Red Bell Pepper, Raw
- 3 oz Brocolli Slaw
- 1 oz Radish Slices
- 1/4 cup Cucumber
Directions
Wash, dry, and dice all ingredients. Chill well before eating. Top with nuts, cheese, various seeds for omega 3's and protein. Mix and match your veggies to make sure you are getting a variety of nutrients and benefits from your raw veggies. Making sure you get plenty of variety (think colors) also ensures you will not get bored and make less healthy options.
