MOAR PROTEEN Protein Pancakes

Based off of Clean Eating recipe, tweaked for more protein, lower carbs.
Ingredients
- 165 g 5 egg whites
- 1/8 cup Fat-free Cottage Cheese
- 3/4 cup Oatmeal Quick Oats
- 1 tsp Splenda
- 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
Directions
Mix all ingredients up in a bowl.
- 5 Egg Whites
- 2 Tablespoons Cottage Cheese (Fat Free)
- 3/4 Cup Quick Cook Oatmeal
Add Cinnamon and sweetener to personal taste.
Pour into a skillet coated with butter flavored non-stick spray into 2 medium sized pancakes, dividing batter equally.
Top with honey, agave nectar, fruit sauce or fresh fruit to personal taste.
