Moist Homemade Banana Cake
Ingredients
- 250 g Unsalted Butter
- 3 Banana, medium
- 3 Eggs
- 1 cup Golden Caster Sugar
- 2 cups Self Raising Flour
Directions
1. Cream butter and sugar in small bowl with electric mixer until light and fluffy.
2. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in bananas, then sifted flour.
3. Pour into well greased 20 cm baba or ring pan. Bake at 160°C for about 50 minutes.
4. Stand a few minutes before turning cake onto wire rack to cool.
