Rich, moist chocolate cake with chocolate frosting
Ingredients
- 2 cups Cake Flour
- 1 cup Granulated Sugar
- 1 cup Mayo Light
- 1 cup Water
- 1/2 oz Imitation Vanilla Flavor
- 1 1/2 tsp Double Acting Baking Powder
- 1 1/2 tsp 100% Pure Baking Soda
- 4 tbsp Cocoa Powder, Natural Unsweetened
- 32 oz Confectioner 10x Powdered Sugar
- 1/2 cup Butter
- 1 tsp Imitation Vanilla Flavor
- 1 cup Cocoa Powder, Natural Unsweetened
- 1/2 cup Skim Milk
- 1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper
Directions
Mxi all but lat 4 ingredients. Bake in 9x13, or 2 8-in rounds until toothpick inserted comes out clean. Approx. 15 min. Let cool.
Melt butter, mix with remaining ingredients for frosting. Add enough milk for desired consistency.
