Blueberry pancakes
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp White Vinegar
- 1 cup All-purpose Flour
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1 cup 1% Milk
- 2 tbsp Canola Oil
- 1 Large Egg
- 1 cup Fresh Blueberries
Directions
Combine milk & vinegar. Let sit for 5 minutes.
Combine dry ingredients.
Add oil & egg to wet ingredients. Mix wet and dry.
Add blueberries.
Heat non-stick frying pan to medium. Pour batter on frying pan to desired pancake size. Flip once.
