Monica's Buffalo Wings

a healthy version of buffalo wings and blue cheese
Ingredients
- 1 lb Chicken breast (boneless, skinless)
- 1/2 cup Red Hot Buffalo Wing Sauce
- 1/8 tsp Spices, Cayenne Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tsp Pepper, Black
- 6 oz Fat Free Plain Nonfat Yogurt
- 1/4 cup Blue Cheese
- 1/8 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 tbsp White Wine Vinegar
Directions
Cut chicken breast into 1/2 in strips. Mix chicken, hot sauce, cayenne pepper, garlic powder and black pepper in large sealable bag and let marinate in the fridge for at least 30 min. and up to 4 hours.
Preheat broiler. Place chicken on pan covered with aluminum foil. Cook for 3-4 min. on each side until lightly browned all over.
Combine yogurt, blue cheese, worcestershire sauce and vinegar in a small bowl. Serve with chicken.
