Moravian chicken pie is like a chicken pot pie without as much sauce and no vegetables. It is a carnivore's dream.
Ingredients
- 432 g Pie Crusts
- 3 cups Rotisserie Chicken
- 375 ml Clear Chicken Broth
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 2 tbsp Plain Flour
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Place a pie crust in the bottom of a pie pan with the edges overflowing the pan. Pile chicken into the bottom of the pie crust. Dice the butter into small cubes and sprinkle them over the chicken. Pour enough broth into the pie crust so you can see it start to come up to through the chicken. Sprinkle the flour over the pie. Place the second pie crust on top of the pie and seal it by pinching the edge of the top crust and the bottom crust together. Cut vent holes in the top of the pie decoratively or randomly. Bake for 1 hour.
