Ingredients
- 1 cup Kuskus New
- 1 Tomatoes
- 1 cup Peeled Cucumber
- 130 g Canned Tuna In Water
- 1/2 tsp Ground Turmeric
- 1/4 tsp Coriander Seed
- 1/4 tsp Ground Black Pepper
- 1 medium Yellow Onions
- 1 Garlic Clove
- 1/2 tbsp Olive Oil
Directions
So! We start with couscous. We make it the same way which is written on the box. So we pour boiled water on the couscous and wait around 5 mins, then mix it, with a pinch of salt.
We peel the tomato and cucumber and cut it into small slices. We warm the olive oil on the pan, while it's getting hot, we chop the onion, we're adding it to the pan, leave it there for 5-7 mins, remember to mix it! We chop the garlic to very small pieces. Add it to the pan after those few mins and leave it there for 1 more.
We take the pan out of the torch and we add all the spices: pepper, coriander and tumeric. it will all get so yellow and lovely! Smells delicous, doesn't it?!
We put it back on fire for 1 min.
You can turn off the fire. Now add 1 tbsp of fresh lemon juice to the onions.
We add it to the couscous, then cucumber, tomato and the tuna, without the water or around 1 tbsp of tuna water.
Mix it very well!
Then put it somewhere just to cool down, serve it in room temperature.
Bon appetit!
