Moroccan Stewed Chicken

Ingredients

Directions

Cube zucchini, season chicken with salt and pepper.
Place oil and chicken in saute pan over medium-high heat.
Cook chicken until browned (2-3min. per side). Add zucchini and continue cooking, stirring often.
When zucchini is slightly brown, add chick peas, tomatoes, cayenne, cumin, and cinnamon.
Turn heat to low and simmer until chicken is tender and cooked (10-15min.). Season to taste with more salt and pepper, if desired.
