Mo's Baked Acorn Squash

Baked Squash with honey and butter
Ingredients
- 1 Whole Acorn Squash
- 2 tbsp Natural Yogurt Spread
- 2 tbsp Organic Raw Honey
Directions
Heat Oven at 350 degrees. Cut Acorn Squash in half and scoop out seeds with spoon. Place both halves in 8X8 pan. Put 1 Tablespoon of Brummel and Brown yogurt spread and 1 Tablespoon of Organic Honey in center of each. Place pan in center of Oven and Bake for about 25 minutes. Check for doneness with fork if it goes in easy it is done if it feels hard then bake 10 minutes at a time until done. I check on side of squash so I won't punch a hole in bottom of squash. I serve in bowl in center of plate.
