Mo's blueberry pancake

Ingredients
- 2 cups Pillsbury Unbleached All Purpose Flour
- 1 tbsp Baking Powder
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 2 cups Pillsbury Best All Purpose Flour
- 1 1/2 cups Milk-1%
- 1/4 cup Wesson Corn Oil
- 1 cup Organic Wild Blueberries
- 1 tbsp Pure Granulated Sugar
- 1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
- 1 egg
Directions
Mix all ingredients together except for the blueberries. Mix well then add blueberries last. Heat skillet on medium-high until water dances accross the surface when sprinkled on it. Put about 1/2 cup of batter on surface and cook for about 2 minutes or until brown then turn and cook for another 2 minutes or until brown. Serve with your choice of butter and syrup.
