Muesli

Dried fruit is a fair source of iron. One serving of this muesli provides more than 15 percent of the RDA of iron for adult women. Not sure if I entered this right but according to the book this recipe is from, it serves four and one serving is 394 calaries.
Ingredients
- 2 cups Rolled Oats
- 1 cup Skim Milk
- 1/4 cup Raisins
- 1/4 cup Apple Juice
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 1 cup Fat-Free Plain Yogurt
- 1/4 cup Apricots (dried)
- 1/4 cup Dried Apples
- 1/4 cup Hazelnut
- 1/4 cup Sugars, Brown
- 2 medium Tangerine
Directions
Mince the dried fruits and coarsly grind the hazelnuts.
Place the oats in a medium size bowl, pour in the milk and stir well. In a small bowl, combine the raisins and apple juice. Set aside both mixtures for 30 minutes.
Stir the honey into the yogurt; set aside. Add the raisins and apple juice, the dried fruit, hazelnuts, and brown sugar to the oats, and stir well.
Divide the muesli among 4 bowls and top each with 1/4 cup of the yougurt ans some tangerine sections.
