Homemade bread recipe for bread machine
Ingredients
- 1 1/5 cups Tap Water
- 1 tbsp Fresh Yeast
- 1 tbsp Molasses, Blackstrap
- 5 3/5 g Sea Salt
- 2 tbsp Unsalted Butter
- 100 g Whole Wheat Flour
- 100 g Rice Flour, White
- 100 g Organic Spelt Flour
- 2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 tbsp Millet
- 1 tbsp Sesame Seeds
- 1 tbsp Sunflower Seeds
- 1 tbsp Bulgur, Dry
- 1 tbsp Yellow Cornmeal
- 1 tbsp Flax Seeds
- 1 tbsp Oatmeal, Dry
- 2 tbsp Wheat, Sprouted
- 1 tbsp Poppy seeds
- 1/3 cup Organic Plain Kefir
Directions
Put the water and the fresh yeast on the bread machine and wait 10 minutes before add the rest of the ingredients on the same order above (millet and sesame seeds have to be toast first). Turn on the machine and wait.
