A layer of potatoes, then the second layer has ground beef, rice, carrots, onions, and another layer of each again. Trust me if you do it right its GREAT!
Ingredients
- 5 average potato
- 1 lb Ground Beef*
- 1/2 cup rice
- 24 oz baby carrots
- 1 Caramelized Onions
- 2 1 Egg
- 1 tsp Seasoning
- 4 cups Water Convolvulus
- 1/2 cup Cabbage Fried With Olive Oil
Directions
1. Put the Olive Oil in a pan
2. Chop the onions
3. Fry the onions and olive oil
4. Cut the carrots and then put them with the onions
5. Put the ground beef with the onions and carrots
6. Start frying them and put the seasoning in
7. After about 10 min you add and mix the rice
8. Now you take pan of of the stove
9. You peel the potatoes
10. Then you cut them horizontally each slice being about 1/8 of an inch apart
11. Then you put one layer of potatoes on a new pan
12. Then ou put a little salt
13. Then you put the layer of ground beef, onions and carrots
14. Then you put another layer of potatoes
15. Then another layer of ground beef, onions, and carrots
16. Next you take the 2 egg and scramble them and pour it over the top
17. Then you put water over that until its full and put it in the oven for an hour
