My Mediterranean Pizza

Whole grain pizza with LOTS of veggies.
Ingredients
- 6 tbsp Pizza Sauce Homemade
- 1/2 cup Onion, raw, sliced
- 1/2 cup Red Bell Peppers
- 12 Small Black Olives
- 1/2 cup Baby Cherry Tomatos
- 185 g Whole Wheat Pizza Crust, Entire
- 85 g Fresh Mozarella
- 2 tbsp Basalmic Vinegar
Directions
Spread pizza sauce liberally on prebaked crust. Slice veggies VERY thin for even cooking. Layer veggies with crumbled fresh cheese. Would be much better with feta, fresh basil, and kalamata olives instead.
Bake at 400 till veggies on top look cooked.
