New Years Chili

Beef chili with corn & black beans. Goes very well with some sour cream & mexican cheese blend. Serve with tortilla chips
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb Ground Beef Round (all Natural) 85/15
- 15 1/4 oz No Salt Added Whole Kernel Corn
- 32 oz Diced Tomatoes
- 16 oz Vegetable Stock
- 8 oz Black Beans
- 2 cups Onions
- 3 clove Garlic, Whole
- 12 oz Octoberfest
- 2 tsp Tobasco Sauce
- 1/4 tsp Chili Powder
- 1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground, 1 Tsp
- 1 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
- 1/5 tsp Salt
Directions
Brown ground beef in skillet (I use a wok), use slotted spoon to remove beef from skillet/wok into crock pot. Leave drippings in skillet/wok
Brown chopped onions & diced garlic in skillet/wok with beef drippings. Remove to crock pot.
Deglaze skillet/wok with beer & remove to crock pot.
Place black beans, stock, tomatoes, & corn into crock pot. Season with chili powder, cinnamon, red pepper flakes, salt & tabasco sauce to taste.
Cook & reduce in crock pot until desired consistency. Temp doesn't matter since everything in crock pot should be fully cooked.
