No Bake Chocolate Oatmeal Bites

Great little protein bites. They give you the same kinda punch as a granola bar without the added sugar or calories.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup light butter
- 1/4 cup Cocoa Powder, Natural Unsweetened
- 2 cups Nunaturals Stevia Baking Blend
- 1/2 cup Almond Milk
- 3 cups Oats
- 1/2 cup Natural Peanut Butter, Creamy
- 1 tbsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/8 tsp Table Salt
Directions
In saucepan over medium heat combine stevia, cocoa, milk and butter and bring to boil. Boil 1 min and remove from heat. Stir in vanilla, salt, peanut butter and oats. Drop by round spoonfuls onto waxed paper. Store in airtight container.
