No cook bars cashews, vanilla, cherries

this is a no cook protein bar tastes like cookie dough to me :-)
Ingredients
- 3 cups Quick Cooking Oats
- 5 scoops Vanilla Flavored Whey Protein Powder
- 5 tsp Ground Flax Seed
- 2 cups Non Fat Dry Milk
- 1 cup Cashew Butter
- 1 cup Water
- 2 tsp Organic Vanilla Extract
- 1 cup Cherries
- 1/8 tsp Cooking Spray, Regular Flavour Non-Stick
Directions
spray a 8x8 inch pan with the cooking spray (be sure to get all the edges)
combine all dry ingredients well in one large bowl
combine all wet ingredients in separate bowl, including the nut butter. Get it to a nice "wet paste" that is well incorporated.
slowly mix the dry ingredients with the wet ones. You may need to use your hands towards the end, or if too dry, add just a tad more water.
pat down into the pan with an even surface. Using waxed paper helps this process.
Put in freezer for 1 hour to help set and make easy to cut.
cut 18 squares, wrap individually with plastic wrap.
I store these in a plastic zip bag to keep fresh longest.
