No Mayo Tuna Salad

A tasty alternative to everyday tuna salad.
Ingredients
- 1 can drained Solid White Albacore In Water
- 32 g Part Skim Milk Ricotta Cheese
- 1 tbsp Taboule Salad
- 1/4 tsp Spices, Cayenne Pepper
- 1 small stalk celery, raw
- 1/4 serving Whole Green Pepper
Directions
Mix first three ingredients together. Add diced celery and pepper and mix well. Add cayenne pepper to taste.
Serve on bread or in pita.
