Great flavor combination
Ingredients
Zucchini Hummus:- 1 medium Zucchini (raw)
- 1/4 cup Pure Tahini
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 2 clove Garlic Clove
- 2 tbsp Pure Olive Oil
- 1/2 tsp Sea Salt
- 2 sheet Yaki Sushi Nori
- 4 slices Avocado!
- 2 slice of Tomato
- 1 cup Arugula, Raw
- 10 g Portobello mushroom
- 10 g Leeks
- 1 tbsp Green Olives
- 20 g Lettuce
- 1 oz Alfalfa Sprouts
Directions
Zucchini Hummus: Bleand all ingredients in a food processor until smooth. Best eaten with freash veggies.
Slice the tomato, the leek, the mushroom and the olives. Put mashed avocado in one sheet and zucchini hummus in another one and cover with the rest of ingredients except the lettuce, tomato first. Put a whole lettuce leaf over the stuff in every sheet and roll over the nori seaweed. Serve.
