Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups Pillsbury Best All Purpose Flour
- 1/2 cup Original Toasted Wheat Germ
- 1/2 cup Light Brown Sugar
- 1/2 cup Quaker Oats Oatmeal
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 2 1/2 tsp Baking Powder Double Acting
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup Unsweetened applesauce
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/3 cup Craisins'
- 1/4 cup Pure Canola Oil
- 6 oz Light Orange Creme
- 3 Banana, small
Directions
Combine all dry ingredients and stir. Set aside. Beat egg, add oil, yogurt, vanilla, honey, and milk. Slowly add dry ingredients. Fold in bananas.
Lightly grease 16 muffin tins. Bake 400 for 18-20 mins.
