super healthy pizza yummy
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup Quaker Oatmeal
- 1 pcs Diet Rusks
- 8 tbsp Olive Oil
- 5 oz Cheese, Cheddar
- 2 Tomatoes
- 1 1/5 oz Spring Onion
- 1 tsp Fresh Oregano
- 1 tsp Sesame Seeds
- 1 egg
- 1/5 bottle Heineken Beer
- 1 cup Spinach
Directions
in blender/mixer put in rye rusks and sesame seeds. blend into dust. place in large bowl and add oatmeal, egg, olive oil and beer. Mix well until one pulp mass.
Add salt.
Place in tin and put in oven - 200 degrees.
Bake for 20-30 mins.
Remove from oven and let rest.
Put tomatoes in blender with spring onion. Blast until pulp.
Empty contents onto crust and then top with (boiled and drained) spinach and cheese. Put in oven and bake for 10 mins until cheese melts. Add oregano on top and let cool.
