Oatmeal Banana Beer Muffins

Interesting and healthy combo of bananas, oats, protein powder, flax, and BEER!
Ingredients
- 3 cups Quaker Oats Old-fashioned
- 3 medium Bananas
- 1/2 cup Ground Flax Seeds
- 4 scoop Whey Protein (vanilla)
- 2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
- 12 oz Samuel Smith's Nut Brown Ale
- 0 oz Splenda Packet
Directions
Grind oatmeal in food processor into a rough flour. Mix together all dry ingredients. Make a well in center of bowl. Pour in room temperature beer, and mashed bananas. Mix well, then divide evenly among 12 greased muffin tins. Bake at 350 for 13-15 minutes, or until done.
