Oatmeal Banana Pancakes

Delicious high protein, low GI pancakes.
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup Quaker Oats Oatmeal
- 1/2 cup All Whites
- 3 Eggs
- 1 scoop Protein Powder
- 1 medium Banana
- 3 tbsp Low Fat Cottage Cheese
- 1/4 cup Strawberries
- 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Directions
Mix all ingredients (except strawberries) in a large bowl.
Add olive oil to pan, cook mixture over medium heat until golden brown.
Top with strawberries.
