oatmeal breakfast cookie

healthy fun breakfast!
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Quaker Oats
- 1 tbsp Creamy Unsalted Peanut Butter
- 15 g Whey Protein Powder (chocolate)
- 3 tbsp Skim Milk
- 1/2 medium Bananas
- 1 packet Truvia Sweetener
- 1/4 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
- 1/2 medium Banana
Directions
combine all ingredients. take 1/2 the banana and mash it, over ripe works best. stir well until combined.
let sit it fridge over night, mold into a cookie shape, flat on a plate and cover.
enjoy in the morning, it will be solid. top with other 1/2 of the banana. + any thing else you would like, berries, nuts etc. i use vanilla whey protein, but chocolate is good too!
