Gymadre's Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies

Fun cookie made with Splenda.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Plain Flour
- 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 lb Margerine
- 2 Eggs
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 3 cups Quick Oats
- 12 oz Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
- 1/2 cup Brown Sugar Blend
- 1/2 cup Splenda
Directions
Preheat oven to 350℉.
Combine softened margerine and sugar substitutes. Add eggs and vanilla.
Combine flour, soda and salt, add to wet ingredients.
Add oats, then chocolate chips.
Scoop or spoon onto non-stick cookie sheets
Bake 10-12 minutes. Makes 48
