Oatmeal Crumble

Baked Oatmeal without flour. Great for Breakfast with a good mix of Fiber and Protein.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Quaker Oatmeal
- 1 container Light And Fit Vanilla
- 1 egg
- 1 cup Frozen Unsweetened Peaches
- 1/8 tsp Cooking Spray
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Spray Soufflé Dish with Cooking Spray then wipe with paper towel.
Spread Frozen Peaches across the bottom of the Soufflé Dish
Beat egg in a separate bowl add 1/2 cup of rolled oatmeal.
Add some of the Yogurt until Oatmeal is moist.
Spoon Oatmeal over the Peaches.
Place the remaining Yogurt on the top of the oatmeal.
Place the Soufflé Dish on a cookie sheet in the middle of the oven.
Cook for 45 mins until the fruit bubbles and the yogurt is lightly browned.
You can replace the egg with egg white, and of course use any fruit you like.
