Chocolate Oatmeal Protein Cookie

Replacement for Protein Bar (40 grams of Protein & 5 grams of Fiber)
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Quaker Oatmeal
- 1 egg
- 1 oz Light 'n Fit Nonfat Vanilla
- 1 level scoop Muscle Milk Protein Powder Chocolate Shake
- 1/8 tsp Cooking Spray
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 325 degrees
Scoop out one scoop of Muscle Milk Protein Powder into a bowl.
Add 1 large egg white
Add 1/2 cup of Rolled Quaker Oatmeal
Add one oz of Light 'n Fit Nonfat Vanilla Yogurt
Mix to combine
Light Spray Cooking spray on non-stick cookie sheet
Spoon out on non-stick cookie sheet
Place in middle rack back for 10 minutes
Cool on wire rack
You can replace egg with 1/4 cup of egg white and up the yogurt to 1.5 oz.
(Wife likes to add Brown Sugar, but kind of misses the point)
