Oatmeal Raisin Sugar-Less Cookies (Splenda)

Traditional Oatmeal Raisin Cookies made with Splenda and Splenda Blends Brown Sugar, and I Can't Believe It's Not Butter (for baking) 50% less sat fat than butter and zero trans fat.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Plain Flour
- 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 lb Margarine
- 3 cups Quick Oats
- 1 cup Raisins
- 1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground, 1 Tsp
- 1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 cup Splenda
- 1/2 cup Brown Sugar Blend
Directions
Combine softened margarine and sugar substitutes, add eggs and vanilla.
Combine flour, salt, baking soda and cinnamon, and add to wet ingredients.
Mix raisins into the oatmeal, it will coat the raisins so they don't stick together, and add to mixture. Use small ice cream scoop to form cookies on baking sheet sprayed with non-stick spray.
Bake at 350℉ 10 minutes.
Makes 30 - 1.5oz. cookies
