Oatmeal Raisin Toffee Cookies (Splenda & Lighter Bake)

Very fun, chewy oatmeal raisin cookie with a little toffee crunch! Sunsweet "Lighter Bake" replaces margerine or butter, and Slpenda Blends, brown sugar substitute helps keep calories low.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Lighter Bake
- 1/2 cup Splenda Brown Sugar Blend
- 1/2 cup Granulated Splenda
- 1 1/2 cups All Purpose Flour
- 2 egg
- 1 tsp Pure Baking Soda
- 1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 3 cups Quaker Oats
- 1 cup Raisins
- 4 oz Bits 'O Brickle Toffee Bits 8 oz
Directions
Combine wet ingredients. Combine flour, salt & soda, and blend with wet ingredients. Toss oatmeal, raisins and toffee together, to keep raisins from clumping together, then blend everything together.
Scoop onto non-stick sprayed cookie sheets (I like a large melon baller).
Makes 48 .75oz. cookies
