Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups Extra Light Tasting Olive Oil
- 1 cup Butter (salted)
Directions
Let butter soften to room temp, then combine both in blender and whip until creamy. Pour into a covered bowl, an old margine bowl is perfect, but anything with a good lid will work. Store the in frig.
If you find your mixture isn't spreadable straight out of the frig, either let it sit for a few minates to warm up or put it back in the blender and add more oil.
